all god’s children

Brad’s photos from the world were taken with my Olympus EM or EPL5 (my new favorite) most often with a 45mm or a 25mm M. Zuiko lens.

All children of the world are beautiful, reflecting God’s image. I have had the privilege of traveling a bunch, most often to spend time with people who live in poverty. Everywhere I go I find the same searching eyes of children, somehow both suspicious and joyous to see this rounded, white-skinned westerner visit their homes and schools.  They have welcomed me and my friends into structures built of blue plastic tarps, cardboard, plywood, or cement block. It has changed me. Here are some of my favorite shots from India, Peru, Mexico, China, and Africa. (An interesting question: can you tell which kids live where? Which one would you like to hug most?)

  1. The eyes…Thank you for sharing. Makes you wonder what those children are thinking when you took their pictures.
