You’ve seen it in others’ eyes. “E.” You’ve felt it in your own heart. That moment when you have no gas left. No gray cells working. No passion in the tank. Emptiness. People seem to be running on fumes.
I’ve been asking people a key question lately: “What fuels your life?” This includes what things recharge a person, fill a person up, give an individual new energy or passion. What do you fill up your life-body-soul-mind with? I’ve jotted the answers down, and put them alphabetically. From all people of all ages and stages, I think this list will make you smile.
